In 2002, Masmoudi Distribution SARL’s company was launched by Mr. Wissem MASMOUDI: A committed and devoted person who carried on his beloved father, Mr. Abderrahmen MASMOUDI’s mission, the founder of the MASMOUDI corporation established in 1978 in Sfax.
The business activity of the company offers its customers a wide range of single-use food packaging products.

In 2009, upon an original idea of its founder, a Tunisian company specialized in party supplies was launched and inaugurated its first store « La Fête » in Tunis.
Early signs of imminent success were around the corner and “La Fête” became a reference.
To satisfy the needs of its customers, “La Fête” opens 3 stores nationally. Following this junction MDS Group was founded.

In 2013, the founder Mr Wissem Masmoudi launched his industrial activity by creating Universal Packaging Company “UPC” specialized in the manufacture of single- use of food packaging disposable products.

In 2014, in order to meet a rapidly expanding demand Mr Wissem launched a new distribution hub located in Ariana in addition to the one based in Sfax.

The Chairman, Mr. Wissem MASMOUDI, supported by his brothers Mr Slim and Mr Amir MASMOUDI, respectively Partner Manager and General Manager of the group, devoted themselves and dedicated their energy to satisfy their customers.

Since the establishement of the company, their main concern has been to develop a synergy between the various activities of the group based on the trust of their employees as well as their skills and innovations.
With its strong and efficient management, MDS Group places greater importance on the ethical values and development of its human capital and becomes a leader in the packaging sector including manufacture and distribution of single- use of food disposable products.
